Does the journal receive a fee for its publication?

Submitting an article to the Journal of Comparative Law and all article review processes (judging, editing, page layout, etc.) is "free" and the author / authors will not incur any costs.

How long will the judging process in the magazine take?

Submissions will be evaluated by at least three judges; Also, the arbitration period will be at least ten and at most sixty days. Dear authors, you are asked to arrange the articles according to the formal and substantive principles of the journal. Also, before submitting the article, it is necessary to first register in the ORCID system and enter the received user code in your user ID in the journal and then send it. Write an article.


The length of judging depends on the subject of the article, the number of articles being judged, and so on. It should be noted that university holidays and holidays (such as Nowruz and summer) are not included in this period.


If the phrase being judged is shown in the status tracking section of the article, the origin of the calculation will start from then on.
If after 6 months you are not informed about the status of your article, send an email to the magazine.


The author will also be notified if an article is published in a shorter period of time.
