The Journal of Comparative Law has officially started its activity in November 2012 with the aim of disseminating and publishing researches and researches, helping to develop and upgrade knowledge and providing a suitable ground for exchanging ideas and information between the university and research centers of the country and publishing it. According to the agreement No. 91/28446 dated 20/12/2012, the Press Supervisory Board of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. The Journal of Comparative Law, based on the regulations of scientific journals approved on 02/09/2013, "succeeded in obtaining the rank of" C "in the evaluation process of the Scientific Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science in 2020" and is also on the list of scientific journals approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Has taken and now has a scientific privilege. Also, according to the recently concluded memorandum of understanding, all the articles that will be published in this journal will be the result of the interaction and joint activity of "University of Mazandaran " and "Iranian Judicial Sciences Association". It should be noted that the subject matter of the journal is "All branches of jurisprudence, including private law, criminal law, public law and international law, and its subdivisions through the application of Iranian law and foreign law, especially Roman-German law and common law." "It is also a comparison between national law and transnational law." Submissions will be evaluated by at least three judges; Also, the arbitration period will be at least ten and at most sixty days. The Policy of Screening for Plagiarism |
All manuscripts must be free of content that is plagiarised. Using similarity and plagiarism detection software, manuscripts submitted to Journal of Comparative Law will be checked for plagiarism. Before submitting their manuscript to the Journal, all authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to check for similarities. Editors check the plagiarism detection of manuscripts in Journal of Comparative Law using the iThenticate (www.ithenticate.com) for English abstracts, and Iranian plagiarism detection software Samimnoor (https://samimnoor.ir) for the Persian text. Journal of Comparative Law will immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Whenever it is determined that the manuscript has not complied with the plagiarism rules, the article will be rejected. If it has been published (after accepting), it will be removed from the published list and placed in the withdrawn list (returned articles because of failure to observe plagiarism law). |

Submission of the manuscripts is only possible after obtaining permission from all of its authors and relevant authorities/institutions. Authors have been arranged in the order they will appear in the published article. Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, all authors must sign a statement agreeing to the addition or deletion of their names. The work of all the authors is greatly appreciated. In the peer-review process, authors must retract, corrections, and amendments. All financial support and potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed. All authors must approve any changes or corrections to a published work. |

Data should be cited in the same way as article, book, and web citations and authors are required to include data citations as part of their reference list. Data citation is appropriate for data held within institutional, subject focused, or general data repositories. When citing or making claims based on data, authors must refer to the data at the appropriate place in the manuscript text and, in addition, provide a formal citation in the reference list. Informed Consent |
Human subjects' privacy rights should not be violated without their informed consent. Names or initials should not be used in descriptions, photographs, or pedigrees unless the participant (orparent or guardian) gives written informed consent. Before publication, an identifiable participant must be shown the manuscript.
